About Kelly

For more than twelve years, I was considered prediabetic. After experiencing gestational diabetes with both of my pregnancies, I always assumed my genetics meant this was simply part of my future. But as I entered a new chapter of life, I wanted to understand my health better and become the very best version of myself, for me and for my family.
That’s when I went through Laura’s Think Your Way Well program, and it completely changed my perspective. I learned how to properly fuel my body, create sustainable healthy habits, and understand what it truly means to be metabolically healthy. And the results were incredibly encouraging - my A1c finally came down into the normal range.
What I loved most was that this wasn’t about a quick fix. It was about education, understanding, and making small changes that could become part of everyday life. I was learning things I wished more people knew - and I quickly realized how much I wanted to share that knowledge with others.
After spending twelve years as an educator, I stepped away from teaching to be home and more present with my family. I never expected that my next chapter would bring me back to what I love most about education: helping people learn, grow, and feel empowered.
I’m so grateful that Laura invited me to become part of her Think Your Way Well practice. I’ve completed my training and certification as an Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, allowing me to combine my Master’s degree in Education with my passion for wellness and my own personal experience.
I’m especially excited to create digital content, tools, and resources that complement Laura’s programming and make what we teach practical and easy to carry into everyday life. I’ve also loved bringing these lessons into my own home and helping my family build healthier habits together.
This second chapter brings together my experience as an educator, my training in integrative health and nutrition, and my passion for helping others. I’m excited to use all three to create practical resources that help people feel informed, confident, and empowered in their own health journeys.
